How Often Should You Dry Clean Your Wool Clothing?

There is really no exact answer, here. There are a couple of factors to consider when making the decision though. For example, an architect that wears his sports jacket to a job site in New Orleans just might perspire a bit more than a physician wearing the same jacket in his office in Wyandotte. A good recommendation is that when brushing, spot cleaning, and airing out no longer do the trick, it's time to take your wool clothing to a quality cleaner. In other words, dry clean when you must, not on a set schedule that will strip and weaken the wool fibers and damage their ability to crimp, thus unnecessarily aging the garment.
