Saxx Underwear Company was founded because there was a need to make men's underwear more comfortable. The idea was born on a fishing trip off the coast of Alaska. The fisherman experienced extreme irritation while wearing a survival suit to withstand harsh weather. He realized there had to be a better way to design men's underwear to avoid discomfort. After returning home, he began working with a fashion designer and developed the prototype for Saxx. The focus was centered around an ergonomic comfort pouch: a boxer brief with two parallel polyester/spandex mesh panels that offer a barrier between a man's "package" and inner thigh.
